Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms govern TripDrop's booking-email travel itinerary service. The agreement is formed when you accept the required notices and complete Google authentication.
2. Service
TripDrop parses flight, hotel and rental emails intentionally forwarded to your dedicated address and displays itinerary details and original evidence. Optional read-only Google Calendar import is available for meetings during trip periods.
3. Your responsibilities
Forward only messages you are authorized to process. If a message contains another person's data, you must have lawful authority. Do not publish your forwarding address, send spam, abuse the service or compromise its security.
4. Automated extraction limits
Parsing, translation, time-zone and duplicate detection can be wrong. Always verify departures, check-in, cancellations, prices and changes against the provider's current original voucher. TripDrop is not a booking, ticketing or payment provider.
5. Notifications
In-app notices cover mail processing, unsupported formats, reminders and sync failures. Push or email notices are sent only when separately enabled and may be delayed.
6. Changes and interruption
Maintenance, security incidents and failures of external APIs or mail providers may change or interrupt the service. Foreseeable material changes are announced in advance where practical.
7. Suspension and termination
Accounts may be restricted for unlawful content, rights violations, abuse or threats to service stability. You may request account deletion at any time; data is deleted under the Privacy Policy.
8. Liability and law
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited for third-party inaccuracies, failure to verify originals, or force majeure absent intent or gross negligence. Korean law applies and disputes follow the competent courts under applicable law.
9. Changes and contact
Material changes are announced before effect and renewed consent is obtained where required. Contact: tripdrop2026@gmail.com
10. Inquiries
Requests submitted through Contact us are answered via in-app notifications.
11. Account deletion
Deletion proceeds in this order: confirmation email, final confirmation via the emailed link, then immediate destruction.
12. App install and notifications
Installing the app (PWA) and push notifications are optional and can be turned off at any time.
13. Expense export
You can download itineraries, receipts and original files as a ZIP.
14. External services
Ride-hailing and map handoff follow each provider's terms; TripDrop is not responsible for those services.
15. Original emails
Original emails are deleted after their retention period.
16. Fees
The service is currently free; if paid features are introduced we will announce them in advance and obtain separate consent.
